We believe every teenager deserves to leave school knowing how to think, earn, save, build and lead.

GroMe exists to raise the next generation of entrepreneurs.

THE JOURNEY OF A YOUNG FOUNDER

From scrolling to building — one small move at a time

Every teen starts somewhere. GroMe turns that first spark into real momentum — and a young person who backs themselves.

Stage 1 · Mindset

They find their spark

Short daily challenges replace mindless scrolling with real thinking. Your teen starts spotting opportunities everywhere.

They walk away with: curiosity and a growth mindset
Stage 2 · Momentum

They back themselves

They set a real goal, break it into steps, and follow through — guided by a coach that asks instead of answering.

They walk away with: confidence and follow-through
Stage 3 · Mastery

They earn it for real

Real effort turns into real money in their Vault — money they learn to save, hold, and put toward a first venture.

They walk away with: real money skills they keep for life

WHY IT STICKS

What your teen actually walks away with

Not points or badges. The kind of growth you can feel at the dinner table.

Confidence that compounds

Every small win they earn themselves is proof they can do hard things — the quiet self-belief of someone who follows through.

Real money skills

They earn real euros, then learn the hard part — saving it, waiting for it, and choosing what it’s really for.

Follow-through

They learn to finish what they start — turning a rough idea into a plan, and a plan into something real.

A new identity

They stop seeing themselves as a kid doing chores and start thinking like a young founder. That shift changes everything.

And you see it happen. You set the tasks and rewards, approve every withdrawal, and get a weekly read on their progress — growth you watch together, not behind a screen you can’t see.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
“I'm Colm, a dad. I built GroMe so my own teens could grow up with real confidence around money, goals, and the small daily wins that compound into a great life. I wanted something made for families — alongside parents, and genuinely fun to open. I'm giving early access free to the first 100 families because the families who try it now will help shape what GroMe becomes. I'd love yours to be one of them.”
Colm · Founder, GroMe

Teenager using GroMe on her phone

"I used to just scroll for hours. Now I actually look forward to the challenges. I have set real goals and I am saving money I earned myself. It feels completely different."

Sarah, 15 — started 3 weeks ago

Teenage boy learning with GroMe

"The business challenges changed how I think. I pitched an idea to my parents last week and they actually said yes. I have already started my first small venture."

Jamie, 14 — completed 12 challenges

Mother and daughter using GroMe together

"Finally, screen time I don't feel guilty about. I can see exactly what she's doing, set her tasks, and she's learning things I wish I'd known at her age. It's become part of our family routine."

Lisa, parent of two teens

"The earlier they start, the further ahead they are."

Parents are seeing confidence in weeks, not months.

Who your teen becomes

The change is the point. Here’s what makes it happen behind the scenes.

Build real-world thinking skills

24 challenges that teach them to solve problems, not just memorise answers

How it works: Teens choose from 24 challenges across four categories — Mindset, People Skills, Action, and Money. Each challenge asks them to think, reflect, and write a meaningful response (minimum word count required, so no shortcuts).
  • Three difficulty tiers: Beginner, Intermediate, and Pro — so they grow at their own pace
  • Each completed challenge earns real money that goes straight into their Vault
  • Challenges teach practical skills like negotiation, problem-solving, budgeting, and creative thinking
  • Teens build a portfolio of reflections they can look back on as they grow

A built-in coach that guides — never does it for them

Optional GroMe Coach helps teens shape ideas, plan goals, and reflect deeper — safely

How it works: When a teen is stuck, GroMe Coach offers a gentle nudge in the right direction. It suggests — your teen always chooses what to keep, so they stay the one doing the thinking and the work.
  • Turns a rough idea into a clear, safe, age-appropriate plan they can act on
  • Breaks big goals into 3–5 doable milestones your teen adds themselves, one tap at a time
  • Gives encouraging, thoughtful feedback on challenge reflections to deepen their thinking
  • Designed to stay on entrepreneurship and learning — there is no open-ended chatbot, daily usage limits apply, and the same parent oversight covers everything

A coach for you, the parent

GroMe 2 reads your teen’s real progress and gives you an honest update — plus the right words to use this week

How it works: Inside the PIN-protected Parent Zone, GroMe 2 looks at how your teen is actually doing and gives you a plain-spoken read — what’s going well, where to step in, and exactly what to say or do this week. No jargon, no guesswork.
  • An honest summary of where your teen is right now, based on their real progress — challenges, goals, streaks and savings
  • Three specific, doable talking points each week to turn everyday moments into lessons in money and responsibility
  • Tells you what’s working so you can reinforce it, and one thing to keep an eye on
  • Lives in the parent-only zone, with the same daily limits and oversight as the rest of GroMe

Teach saving through real rewards

They earn real money into their Wealth Vault — and learn delayed gratification naturally

How it works: Every reward your teen earns goes into their personal Vault — a visual savings tracker that shows their balance growing over time. But here's the key: they can only request withdrawals on weekends.
  • Teaches delayed gratification — the most important financial habit they can learn young
  • Animated Vault fills up as they save, making the experience visual and satisfying
  • When they're ready to withdraw, they send you (the parent) a request — you approve and transfer the money however you prefer (Revolut, bank transfer, or cash)
  • Weekly earnings are capped at €20 to keep rewards meaningful without going overboard

Turn savings into a real business

Teens earmark their own earned cash toward a real business idea — and commit to it

How it works: In the Vault's new Business Fund tab, your teen picks a real idea and sets the startup money it needs. Then they set money aside from what they've earned — and once it's in, it's in. The money stays safely theirs; earmarking is a commitment, not a charge.
  • Set a startup target for a real idea — lawn mowing, baking, reselling, whatever they choose
  • Earmark earned vault cash toward the fund; once it's in, it stays in — teaching real commitment
  • A progress bar and milestones show how close they are to launch day
  • Once fully funded, they tap Launch to unlock a checklist that guides their first sale

Set your own family goals

You create the tasks. You set the rewards. Your family, your rules.

How it works: Inside the PIN-protected Parent Dashboard, you create custom tasks and rewards tailored to your family. Want to reward your teen for cleaning the garage? Reading a book? Helping a neighbour? You decide what matters.
  • Set custom point values and money amounts for each task
  • Approve or reject completed tasks before rewards are given
  • Create one-time tasks or recurring weekly ones
  • Your teen sees their available tasks and what they'll earn — building motivation and work ethic

Spark motivation through healthy competition

Siblings push each other to do more — and parents see the difference at home

How it works: GroMe supports up to 3 teen profiles per family, each with their own independent progress. The Family Leaderboard ranks them by completed challenges, streaks, and progress.
  • Gold, silver, and bronze badges create healthy competition between siblings
  • Each teen has their own Vault, challenges, and progress — completely separate
  • Parents see all profiles from one Parent Dashboard, making it easy to manage
  • Siblings naturally encourage each other to complete more challenges and keep their streaks alive

See their growth, every step

Real-time progress in your Parent Dashboard — so you always know what's happening

How it works: Open the Parent Dashboard anytime to see exactly what your teen has been up to — challenges completed, streak status, and Vault balance. Everything in one place.
  • Real-time progress tracking in the Parent Dashboard
  • In-app activity calendar shows daily check-ins and completed challenges
  • Streak counter motivates daily engagement — keeping a streak going becomes a personal challenge
  • Founder Rank system (Novice, Hustler, CEO) gives them long-term goals to work towards

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything parents want to know before getting started.

GroMe is built for teenagers aged 12 to 18. The challenges, language, and rewards are all tailored to this age group, making entrepreneurship concepts accessible and engaging for young minds.
Teens earn rewards by completing mindset challenges, finishing mini-games, and doing parent-assigned tasks. Earnings build up in their Wealth Vault. When they want to withdraw, they send a request to you (the parent), and you approve and send the money however you prefer — via Revolut, bank transfer, or even cash.
Absolutely. GroMe has no social features, no chat, and no ads. The Parent Dashboard gives you full oversight with a PIN-protected area where you control rewards, tasks, and withdrawal approvals. You can check your teen's progress anytime in the app. We only collect the minimum data needed to run the app — progress is stored securely and we never share it with third parties.
GroMe Coach is an optional helper that gives teens a nudge when they're stuck — it helps them shape a business idea, break a goal into clear milestones, and reflect more deeply on a challenge. It only ever suggests; your teen chooses what to keep, so they stay the one doing the thinking and the work. It is not an open-ended chatbot — it stays on safe, age-appropriate entrepreneurship, off-topic or unsuitable requests are politely declined, and there are daily usage limits. The same parent oversight that covers the rest of GroMe applies here too.
Yes. grome.live is fully secured with HTTPS encryption, so all data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected. During early access we only collect your email — no payment details needed. We comply with GDPR data protection standards, collect only the minimum data needed, and your child's progress data is stored securely with minimal collection. You can read our full Data Protection and Privacy Policy for complete details.
You get your 8-character unlock code (XXXX-XXXX) emailed to you instantly — and shown on screen right after you submit. Just open grome.live/app on any phone or tablet, enter the code on the first screen, and your teen is ready to go in under 30 seconds. No app store download. No waiting list. No card needed.
Yes. GroMe supports up to three teen profiles per family, all under one unlock code. Each child gets their own progress tracking, challenges, and Wealth Vault — so siblings can learn at their own pace.

You get an instant unlock code and full access to every feature: 24 challenges, the Wealth Vault, Parent Zone, weekly reports, and up to 3 teen profiles.
