- Choose optional rewards. Your family decides whether to recognise challenge progress with a reward; GroMe does not pay teens.
- Set custom tasks — add your own household jobs and rewards alongside GroMe's challenges.
- Stay behind a PIN. The parent area is PIN-protected, so teens cannot edit family tasks and rewards.
- Ask Parent Coach — an AI guide offering conversation prompts based on high-level progress. Parent-facing screens do not display written answers, reflections or teen Coach conversations.
Your money never leaves your hands
GroMe has no card, bank account or wallet. It does not hold, custody or transfer money. If you choose to give a reward, that is a family decision handled outside the app. There is nothing to top up and no account to open.

How do parents choose rewards?
Rewards are optional and chosen by each family. GroMe does not pay teens or handle real money; there is no card, bank account, custody or transfer of funds.
Can my teen set their own rewards?
Parents manage family tasks and any optional rewards in their PIN-protected area. Teens can work through challenges and families can encourage their progress.
What is Parent Coach?
